What is Welqio?

What exactly is included in my Welqio?
The €129 + VAT setup includes one branded NFC + QR stand, your custom mobile hub, design and configuration, testing, and the first 12 months of managed hosting.
How does the NFC part work?
A customer holds a compatible phone close to the NFC area on the stand. The phone detects the programmed link and opens your Welqio experience in the browser.
What if a phone does not support NFC?
Every Welqio also includes a QR code, so customers always have a second way to open the same page.
Do customers need an app or account?
No. There is nothing to download and no login required. The page opens directly in the browser.
Design & approval

Before production.

Can I approve the design before it is printed?
Yes. You review the physical artwork and the mobile experience before production. One reasonable revision round is included before final approval.
Can Welqio match my brand?
Yes. We work with your logo, colours and existing visual style so the touchpoint feels like part of your business rather than a generic QR product.
Can I choose what appears on the mobile hub?
Yes. We recommend a structure based on the placement and customer journey, but the final content is agreed with you before launch.
After delivery

Keeping it useful.

Can I change links after the stand is printed?
Yes. The physical stand can stay in place while the managed digital destination is updated. This is useful if you change a menu, booking platform, website or other link later.
Can I add more stands later?
Yes. Additional matching stands using the same Welqio hub are €39 + VAT each. Larger room, table or multi-location deployments can be priced separately.
What happens after the first 12 months?
Managed hosting renews at €29 + VAT per year, per Welqio hub. Multiple physical stands pointing to the same hub do not each create a separate annual hosting fee.
Does Welqio replace my website?
No. Welqio complements your existing website and online systems. It gives customers a faster path to the specific actions they need while they are physically with you.
